The Hunters Coffee expedition has now taken us to Kenya, Africa, to the Nyeri region, which is one of the most important and well-known among coffee connoisseurs, as an area where it produces the best coffee with very pronounced taste profiles.
This lot we have chosen for you is the Kogoncho processing plant. The whole process is supervised by a very experienced processor, Mr. Anthony, who with his innovative methods is based on the traditional processing of processing using excellent coffee quality. The processing plant buys a crop of coffee cherries from surrounding farmers and the team contributes to the development of local agriculture, which is in line with the surrounding African system.
Freshly picked cherries are dehulled, followed by dry fermentation in concrete tanks, washed and left in cold water before spreading on African beds. With this method, you get the coffee bean with its typical taste like delicate juiciness combined with tones of dark chocolate, tropical fruits and flowers.
