We wanted to be original and expeditionary, so we cared more than ever when choosing this lot. The result is excellent Brazilian specialty coffee roasted mainly on a filter.
For all coffee adventurers, there will certainly be a method of processing coffee cherries. The coffee cherries were first left to ferment in plastic containers, where the initial initiation fermentation took place, and then, after 48 hours, the cherries were transferred to a water bath to control the temperature of the ripening process and to complete the wet processing. The last step was drying on African beds.
Are you also interested in this method? In this method, we like its low ecological intensity and the consumption of drinking water, which is so scarce in the areas of Brazil.
