This coffee from the limited edition of Hunters Coffee Expedition Africa will take you to the high mountains near Sakaro village located in the Western Ethiopia in Gereb region. 

This region is specific for its elevation. Biological processes in the beans run slowly and the coffee gains complexity as well as pleasant sweetness. 

The coffee cherries come from 460 farmers situated in Gereb region who collect them with utmost care and supply them to processing plant in the village of Sakaro. They are then spread on African beds and dried in the sun for approx. 25 days. Afterwards, the cherries are peeled, remaining skin is removed and they are distributed all over the world. Fairly long drying process at lower temperatures at 2,200 m a.s.l. results in full-bodied and sweet taste.

Coffee beans are primarily roasted for espresso, but it can be also used in filter or AeroPress.
